How to get intercom audio on FlipHD Camera?
If the weather works out, I'm soloing for the third time tomorrow in a Cessna 172N. I'm wondering if/how it would be possible to get intercom audio into the video in a way that doesn't interfere with safety (ex: audio interference or additional multitasking fixing stuff).

Does the camera have any sort of Audio In jack? it could be anything from a pin/socket plug (unlikely) to a 3.5mm audio jack (like iPods). If it does, you can just get an adapter and a cord and plug it into the socket camera and the spare jack in the cockpit (seeing as it's a solo flight). The trickiest bit to this (you'll probably have to buy a few feet of insulated wire) is that you'll have to get one of the jacks for each of the ones in the cockpit (and unless you want to pull apart a several-hundred-dollar headset this isn't going to be something you want to do).
The final alternative is to get another headset, plug it in and sit it with the earphones over the camera's mic.
